Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Trapizo platform ("Platform"), users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If users do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, users must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, Buyers, and Sellers.
2. Nature of Service — Lead Connection Only
Trapizo is a Buyer-Seller lead connection platform for vehicles. We do not participate in, facilitate, broker, or fulfill vehicle sales transactions of any kind. Our sole function is to collect vehicle purchase interest from registered Buyers and make that interest available to Sellers who purchase access credits. Any agreement entered into between a Buyer and a Seller following a connection made through Trapizo is conducted entirely independently of and without involvement from Trapizo.
3. Information Shared Between Parties
When a Seller account unlocks a Buyer lead, Trapizo will disclose only the Buyer's email address and submitted offer details (price range and associated vehicle). No additional personal, financial, or identifying information is shared by Trapizo.
4. No Financial or Legal Liability
Trapizo expressly disclaims any and all financial responsibility, legal liability, or obligation arising from or related to any activity, communication, agreement, or transaction that occurs between a Buyer and a Seller after contact information has been shared through the Platform. Users agree that Trapizo's maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to Trapizo in the preceding thirty days.
5. Buyer Representations
By submitting an offer on the Platform, Buyers represent that the offer price range submitted represents their OTD (Out the Door) price — the total all-in amount they would pay for the vehicle, inclusive of taxes and fees — and constitutes a good-faith estimate of genuine purchase interest. Buyers must be at least 18 years of age and consent to their email address and offer details being shared with Sellers who purchase access to that lead.
6. Seller Representations — VIN Offer Leads
By registering as a Seller and purchasing credits to access VIN Offer Leads, Sellers represent that they are a licensed vehicle dealer or otherwise legally authorized to contact Buyers regarding vehicle purchases. Sellers will use Buyer contact information solely for legitimate vehicle sales discussions and will not sell or distribute Buyer contact information to any third party. Credit purchases are non-refundable once a Buyer's contact information has been revealed. Leads are not exclusive.
7. Seller Representations — Criteria Leads
By purchasing credits to access Criteria Leads, Sellers represent that they are the legal owner of, or are otherwise legally authorized to sell, any vehicle for which they access Buyer leads. Sellers will use Buyer contact information solely for legitimate vehicle sales discussions and will not distribute it to third parties. Credit purchases are non-refundable once a Buyer's contact information has been revealed.
8. Car Buying Services
Any individual or business accessing the Platform on behalf of a vehicle purchaser as a paid or compensated intermediary is classified as a Seller on Trapizo. Car Buying Services must clearly identify themselves as a third-party intermediary to any Buyer they contact, must have a specific VIN in hand before initiating contact, and must respect that it is entirely the Buyer's decision whether to engage.
9. Code of Conduct
All users are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith. Strictly prohibited conduct includes: offensive or abusive language, threats or intimidation, harassment, hate speech or discrimination, spam or unsolicited solicitations, fraud or misrepresentation, and illegal activity. Trapizo may warn, suspend, or permanently ban users whose conduct violates these standards. To report a violation, contact support@trapizo.com.
10. Credit Purchases and Payments
Credit packages are purchased through our payment processor and are subject to their terms of service. Trapizo reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Refunds
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred under any circumstances. If a user believes a charge was made in error, contact support@trapizo.com within 7 days of the transaction.
12. Privacy and Data Use
Trapizo collects and stores user account information, vehicle interest data, and offer details for the purpose of operating the Platform. We do not sell user data to third-party marketing companies. Buyer contact information is disclosed only to Sellers who have purchased the applicable credit unlock.
13. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TRAPIZO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRAPIZO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT VEHICLE LISTING DATA IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR COMPLETE.
14. Modifications to Terms
Trapizo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trapizo operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
